What this site is

The site describes our mobile mechanic services and lets you request service by phone or through a form. Sending a request is not a booking and does not create an appointment: it is a message to us, and we will contact you to confirm availability, location and an estimate. We may decline a request.

Estimates and prices

Nothing on this site is a price or a quote. Every job is estimated individually after a diagnosis, and the estimate we give you in writing (or by phone, confirmed in writing) is what applies. Diagnostic time may be charged even when you decide not to proceed with a repair; we will tell you before we start.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about the vehicle, its location and the problem.
• Make sure the vehicle is in a place where we can legally and safely work on it (a driveway, a parking lot with the owner's permission, a safe shoulder).
• Do not use the form to send spam, test attacks, or content you have no right to send.

Content and brand

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Mechanic2GO or are used with permission. You may link to the site; you may not copy its content or use the Mechanic2GO name or logo without written permission.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or always online. To the extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site itself. Liability for repair work is set out in the invoice for that work and by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes about the website are handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
