Accessibility

Mechanic2GO wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. This page explains what we have done and how to tell us when something does not work.
What we have done
- The site is built with semantic HTML: landmarks, headings in order, labelled form fields, and descriptive link text.
- Text and background colors meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast on every section, including the yellow panels.
- Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is visible.
- Motion is reduced automatically when your system asks for reduced motion: the animated road, the custom cursor and scroll effects are turned off, and all content is shown immediately.
- Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and the layout adapts from phones to large screens.
- Images carry alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- The site is available in English and Spanish; the language of the page is declared so screen readers switch voices correctly.
Known limitations
- The embedded Google map is a third-party component; its controls follow Google's accessibility. The address and a text link to directions are provided next to it.
- If you have JavaScript disabled, the language switch, the live "open now" indicator and the form submission will not work — please call us instead.
